Melagiri Natural Products Private Limited (MNPPL) was established in 2023 in Denkanikottai as part of a broader effort to foster sustainable livelihoods. Emerging from the Thenkani Women’s Federation, it is a unique community-owned model where 200 tribal individuals and small-scale farmers are shareholders.
Registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, MNPPL functions as a not-for-profit enterprise, reinvesting its earnings into community welfare and capacity building.
